Joseph T. Kolarik and Joseph G. Rocco, owners of R & K General Contractors, Inc. have been building custom and semi-custom homes for over 30 years in Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Joe Kolarik is a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and he attended Pierce Junior College and St. Joseph’s University with an Accounting Major.

Joe Rocco is a graduate of Penn Charter High School and he attended Villanova University with a Business Major.

You will meet directly with the owners ( Joe K & Joe R ) to help you design and review all of the specifications for your home. We will work with you to keep the home that you designed within your budget.  During construction you will be able to inspect your home on a regular basis and any concerns that you may have will be addressed immediately. This time tested process will produce a product that you will be proud to call home.
